HoodieHub offers a unique service for everyone who does not want to wear boring hoodies or other clothes. Every month we deliver brand new designs of top quality. When you sign up with HoodieHub, you will receive a gift card that you can use when you order. Why? Because we want you to see and feel that you are making the best choice.

Return Guarantee
1.1. Returns. If your hoodie is broken within 30 days (through normal use), we will send you a new hoodie free of charge (you must meet the conditions to submit a return request, see 4. Conditions). You will only receive a new hoodie by submitting a return email to us. If you qualify for replacement hoodies, your request will be approved within 2 working days. You will be notified of this via the e-mail address created during registration.

1.2. Conditions. You can only submit a return request if you meet the following three conditions: 1: The hoodie must not have been received more than 30 days ago. 2: No payment must be outstanding. 3: Any previous return request must have been completed.

User Account
2.1. The member who created the HoodieHub account (also referred to as the user), has access to and control over the HoodieHub account. Furthermore, the user is responsible for all activities that take place through the account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us in relation to your account and to update it where necessary. We may terminate or temporarily block your account to protect you, HoodieHub or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activities.

Other
3.1. Applicable law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. These Terms do not limit the mandatory consumer protection that you may be entitled to under applicable law in your country.

3.2. Customer support. If you want to know more about our service or need help with your account, please send us a request via the contact form.

3.3. Continuing provisions. If one or more provisions of these Terms of Use are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

3.4. Amendments to the Terms of Use. HoodieHub may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.

3.5. Electronic communication. We will send you information about your Account (such as payment authorisations, invoices, password changes, changes to your Means of Payment(s), confirmation messages and notices) only in electronic form, such as via email to the email address you provided when you registered.

Conditions

4. The goods must be send back to HoodieHub, after receival we will check the item, see if it can be repaired or has flaws that come from production. When the items have not been damaged by self use we will replace it for free.
